What is Orangetheory Fitness?
Orangetheory Fitness is a one-hour, full body workout. Each class is designed to get your heart rate in the Orange Zone, at your own pace, to produce the Orange Effect. Heart rate based interval training is proven to burn more calories post-workout, increase energy and result in visible toning.
